Are eclipse computers (eclipse-computers.com) a good place to purchase a pc from?

I am interested in the Eclipse Matrix i67n88-vsta, and I was going to puchase it, but the reviews on ciao claimed that customer support and help is bad for this store (eclipse-computers.com) . Has anyone bought from here? Are they good systems. what are the estimated building/delivery times for the systems and are the warranties and technical support good enough?

i use eclipse, mainly coz its on my doorstep, but the joke is you need to take a flask and sandwiches... 40 guys queueing, 2 guys on the counter... NOT GOOD...

the after sales service is nigh on non existent, and if you do leave your PC with them, it may be many weeks before you see it again...

nowadays i use micom international. also in coventry... but might as well be on another planet... fast friendly service, and if you buy the components off him, they'll build it for 20 quid... and they offer a 3 day turnaround. they also do mail order.

I saw a post on Y|A a month ago or so and it was scathing of Eclipse Computers... so I probably wouldn't.

I'm more likely to go Dell or Apple than build my next machine...
